The property also features a spacious covered veranda shaded by a traditional cannizzato, ideal for leisurely breakfasts, long lunches or simply relaxing in the shade. A panoramic terrace and a seafront sun deck provide the perfect setting to soak up the Mediterranean sun, while the private garden includes a barbecue area and a convenient outdoor shower, perfect after a refreshing swim.
