The property & interiors

Originally a traditional fisherman's dwelling in the picturesque bay of Suvaki, the property has been carefully restored while preserving the simplicity and timeless character of Pantelleria's traditional architecture. It consists of two independent buildings, thoughtfully designed to ensure complete privacy.

Main building (split over two levels): the ground floor features a comfortable living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, while the upper floor offers a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Second building: home to two generous double bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, providing comfortable and secluded accommodation for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Outdoor living & relaxation

The heart of the property is the spacious covered veranda, which elegantly connects the two buildings. Furnished with a large dining table and a traditional duchena—Pantelleria's characteristic built-in stone seating—it is the perfect place to enjoy long lunches and relaxed evenings in the shade.

Just a few steps from the sea, the panoramic terraces provide a spectacular setting for unforgettable sunsets. At the rear of the property, a private garden offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and the refreshing scent of nature.

The sun terrace and barbecue area, complete with sun loungers and outdoor dining facilities, create the ideal space for relaxing or enjoying al fresco dinners beneath an extraordinary star-filled sky.
