Booking Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern bookings and stays at Dammusi al Mare.

By making a booking through this website or any connected booking platform, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the booking confirmation by e-mail and, where applicable, the required payment.

2. Payments

Payment methods and any required deposit will be communicated at the time of booking.

Where applicable, local taxes or tourist taxes may be charged separately.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than two months before your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded in full.

If you cancel within two months of your arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded if we are able to rebook the dammuso. To date, we have always been able to do so.

If you need to cancel at the last minute due to circumstances beyond your control, such as flight cancellations, your deposit may be transferred to a new booking at our property, including for the following season.

4. Check-in e Check-out

  • Check-in: Saturday from 3:00 PM (earlier check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability).

  • Check-out: Saturday by 10:00 AM.

Any special requests are subject to availability.

5. Number of guests

The maximum number of guests permitted is the one specified in the property description.

Additional guests are not allowed without prior authorization from the property.

6. Use of the property

Guests are expected to use the property with care and respect.

Events, parties, or any activities that may cause disturbance to others or damage to the property are not permitted unless previously agreed with the property.

7. Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

The Data Controller / Property Owner shall not be held liable for:

  • the loss of or damage to guests' personal belongings;

  • temporary interruptions to services beyond the owner's control;

  • events caused by force majeure.

8. Privacy

Any personal data provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy.

9. Modifiche
