The calendar allows you to check the real-time availability of our dammusi. By selecting one of the properties, you can also view the dedicated availability calendar for each individual dammuso.
To request availability or receive further information, please complete the form below, indicating your preferred dammuso and your desired stay dates. We will get back to you as soon as possible with all the information you need and confirmation of availability.

Our dammusi are available for stays of at least one week, from Saturday to Saturday.

You can check our online availability calendar and submit your stay request using the form below. We'll personally get back to you as soon as possible with availability and all the details of your stay.

The minimum stay is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.

Your booking is confirmed once the rental agreement has been signed and the deposit has been received.

To confirm your booking, a deposit equal to one third of the total rental amount is required upon signing the rental agreement. The remaining balance is payable at the beginning of your stay, upon key collection.
If you cancel more than two months before your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded in full.
If you cancel within two months of your arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded if we are able to rebook the dammuso. To date, we have always been able to do so.
If you need to cancel at the last minute due to circumstances beyond your control, such as flight cancellations, your deposit may be transferred to a new booking at our property, including for the following season.

We accept bank transfer or cash payments.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm. Earlier check-in may be available, subject to availability.

Yes. A member of our team will welcome you at the airport or ferry port and personally accompany you to your dammuso.

Yes. We highly recommend renting a car or scooter to explore Pantelleria comfortably and make the most of everything the island has to offer. If you wish, we'll be happy to arrange the booking for you.

We're located on the south-west coast of Pantelleria, about 6 km (10 minutes by car) from Pantelleria town, halfway between Pantelleria and the village of Scauri.

Pantelleria Airport is about a 15-minute drive away, while the ferry port can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by car.
